This site is dedicated to the preservation of Cave Maps and Survey data, as well as to the training of Cave Cartographers. I started caving and mapping in Rockcastle and Jackson Counties Kentucky. Over time I saw many great mapping efforts disappear as people went on to other things, and the maps and data were not preserved. This site was designed with these Open Data Concepts in mind. Locations are NOT shared. All data is available via scans, Jpegs and PDFs. Anyone can pick up a project. We hope to gro.CONTENT
